The Anzac Memorial Visitor Services Team is dedicated to enhancing the experience of all those who visit by engaging and interpreting the stories, values and symbolism embodied in the Memorial.

The Program embraces NSW Public Service Commission’s strategy for belonging, inclusion and diversity and we are working to meet the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement, to ensure we provide the best possible volunteer experience. Veterans and those with an interest in military and social history are encouraged to apply. We are looking for passionate, energetic individuals over the age of 18 who demonstrate excellent customer service, a desire to communicate military and social history, architecture or art to our visitors and to lend a listening ear to their stories. Ambassadors assist and support the Anzac Memorial Visitor Services Team in providing high quality tours, ceremonies, special events and public programs that are engaging and informative for our visitors. The presence of Ambassadors also assists with the security of the Memorial and our collection.
