Finance Assistant
The United ProjectKey responsibilities/scope
- Work with the Head of Finance to assist the General Manager Admin and Operations to prepare financial reports for Board Meetings and Weekly Review Meetings with the Co-Founders
- Ensure that all records are up to date and managed in accordance with best practices for a charity of the size of The United Project
- Preparate financial reports to meet management and Board requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and administrative maintenance requirements of the ACNC, ASIC and ATO
- Advise on business model, go-to-market strategies and budgets
- Support the preparation of funding and grant applications, and
- With the Senior Admin Manager, establish accounting functions for revenue, invoices and receipts.
