Key responsibilities/scope

• Provide support and assistance to The United Project (TUP) Product and Marketing teams on legal matters.
• Assist with the reviewing and maintenance of Third Party Supplier contracts.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of TUP Customer contracts and the specification of terms and conditions.
• Assist with the development and reviewing of Non Disclosure Agreements with Partners
• Contribute to TUP compliance with various Government statutory requirements.
• Support the Chairman, Company Secretary and Board in preparation for Government hearings as necessary.
• Review and maintain Board authorisations and delegations.
