Secretarial Assistant
South Australian Sea Rescue SquadronIdeally, the Secretarial Assistant will have previous experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. The role involves general office duties including filing of invoices and purchase orders, and will assist the administration manager in her duties.
The person in this role, needs to be on site at the Sea Rescue offices from 0930 till 1230 hrs on Thursdays.
Some work can be done off site but this will be by arrangement with the administration manager.
