Solve TADWe are a well-established not for profit organisation with a 45-year history of helping people living with disability achieve their goals. We do this through the provision of occupational therapy services, custom assistive technologies, and our unique Freedom Wheels customised bike service.
We are seeking a casual (1 day per week) Administration Assistant to join our team in Northmead to assist with a variety of administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

Data entry using excel and Salesforce database

Receipting in Salesforce
-
Large scale mailing
-
Making phone calls to other volunteers and clients

Helping to answer phones
-
Scanning and uploading documents to database
-
Other general administrative duties as required
Knowledge and skills:
-
Good attention to detail
-
Experience with Salesforce is desired

Excellent phone manner
-
Excellent written communication skills
-
Familiar with, and competent with software, particular Microsoft Word

Strong keyboard skills
