  • Perform administration tasks and office duties (e.g. data entry and collection, filing, scanning, creation of documents, calling clients and/or relevant stakeholders, coordinating rosters) to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Liaise with staff when required
  • Complete required data recording tasks to accurately record information about your volunteering activities
  • Communicate effectively and engage with clients, face-to-face, by email or telephone
  • Access and update client records using Vision Australia systems
  • Convert files, reformat printed materials, proofread documents adhering to Vision Australia’s recommended accessibility guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with the business (staff and other individuals) to understand and respond to their needs by face-to-face, email or telephone
  • Perform money handling/ EFTPOS transaction, donation collection and banking duties.
