The dance is a joyous evening, great, professional DJ's, music and great people. We have a history of 27 years and have essentially been run and managed by volunteers during this time. Dancers arrive by taxi or with a support worker if needed. Our role is to make the experience safe, welcoming and good fun by recognizing the individual strengths and personalities of all who attend. Live streaming sometimes needs problem solving by those with tech knowledge. Young and older volunteers have a great time. Volunteers may also consider becoming a part of the management committee and attend the committee meetings (approx 6-8 times a year) This position is located at the Diamond Valley Special Developmental School at 14 Brentwick Drive, Greensborough.
