Left and Right Counselling is a private counselling organisation, servicing the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula. Left and Right uses a person-centred therapeutic approach to empower clients to build resilience and coping skills for the future.

Left and Right Counselling provides a paid counselling service to adults and young people. We receive ongoing referrals from some of the largest mental health and youth organisations in the country.

We are currently seeking a receptionist and admin professional to help join our team on a volunteer basis. This would perhaps suit a university student or someone looking for part time hours.

Coming to therapy for the first time can be a daunting and intimidating experience We're looking for someone friendly and calm who can greet our clients and their families. Making them feel welcome and at ease, whether over the phone or face to face.

• Inbound Customer Service
• Creating and Scheduling appointments
• Be the face of our organisation
• Responding to emails and online enquiries
• Work autonomously
