Milroy Lodge is an accommodation facility for country cancer patients and their carer’s, who need to stay in Perth for cancer treatment. Cancer Council WA recognises the difficulty patients living in regional and outer metropolitan areas may experience getting to medical treatment centres. We provide a Volunteer Transport Program to assist people to access specified treatment centres. Volunteer drivers are integral to the provision of this service and drive Cancer Council vehicles to safely transport patients to and from medical appointments. We are currently seeking drivers who are available weekly on a Friday from 8am-4pm.
