Some of the tasks that you will be assisting with include:
• Being a friendly and welcoming presence at our reception • Answering phones and transferring calls • Assist with organising deliveries and car bookings • Greeting visitors and clients • Guiding visitors around the building when required • Assisting with general administrational tasks (data entry, scanning and recording documents) Booking appointments • Provide general information to all visitors as required This is a great opportunity for people to further develop their administration skills as the role incorporates a variety of tasks. Role specific training is provided in all areas of this role. It also is a great option for someone who enjoys people contact and customer service in a very friendly, collaborative and fun environment.
