Solve-TAD delivers various services to our clients. Our Freedom Wheels program in particular focuses on creating customised bikes for individuals living with a disability. Sometimes the client cannot take the bike home themselves and needs it delivered. If you would enjoy the special task of delivering a bike to an excited client, then this maybe the role for you!

There will also be opportunity to help deliver unique projects crafted by our volunteers to clients’ homes or to volunteer homes.

Deliveries take place to various suburbs in Sydney. Duties:

• Attend our central office in Northmead and load the bike/s into the van

• Plan the trip

• Deliver the bike/ equipment to the client's address, unload and handover the bike

Time involved:

This varies, there are no set times or days to volunteer. Once you have been on-boarded we will set out a general roster for driving. This will be accommodating to the day/s a week you are able to assist us. A delivery may take between 1 1/2 and 4 hours depending on the suburb/s.

Volunteers need to be able to load and unload the bike, therefore be in good physical health.

Volunteers are required to undertake Induction training and will be provided with "on the job" training and guidance.
