Wesley Mission's Learning & Development Team is looking for an Admin allrounder who can assist with the every day function of the team, as well as the occasional training event. This position would suit an individual who has administrative skills, wants experience in the not-for-profit sector and has a genuine interest in Community Services and making a difference in the community.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Data entry, recording attendance and feedback from events

- Processing enrolments, sending course information to course participants and preparing materials

- Updating spreadsheets and other documents as required

- Other day to day administrative duties

Skills & Experience:

- Present a professional appearance and a friendly manner

- dependable and punctual

- Be courteous and personable when dealing with the public and staff

- Be self directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented

- Respect and maintain confidentiality of Wesley Mission volunteers, clients and other stakeholders

- Experience in any or all of the following programs - Word, Excel, LearnForce, Outlook, PeopleSoft and EventBrite
