Key responsibilities

This role will provide you with an opportunity to upgrade your existing recruitment support, stakeholder engagement and database management, skills and understanding by: Promoting the EPlus program to employers and the community Source employment opportunities Liaise with Job Coaches to convey opportunities Conducting post placement support to both participants and employers Recording all actions undertaken and maintaining records in system

Other activities may include:

Assisting volunteer employment coaches on a day-to-day basis with the running of the employment program Preparing reports as requested to monitor engagement

Qualifications and skills (desired/required):

Experience or qualifications in, or currently studying Business Management, Community Services, HR or equivalent, is highly desired but not essential Familiarity with the refugee community is highly desirable (but not essential) Experience Human Resources, Business Development or Sales is highly desired Experience in customer service and/or administration is desired, with strong attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Confidence in using, or willingness to learn, online HR systems (desired but not essential as training will be provided)
