United Voices is an inclusive activity, held each Tuesday morning during school terms. This program believes in music as therapy and that music brings people together. Singing and dancing is a great stress reliever, releases endorphins and has many mental health benefits. A background in singing or music is not essential but you must be willing to actively engage with participants.
