As the Volunteer Co-Manager you will have the opportunity to lead by example, direct and delegate our team of volunteers, oversee the opening and closing of the shop Thurs/Fri/Sat. Oversee stock management, continue to support the friendly atmosphere created by many dedicated volunteers. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, leading the team together with the other Volunteer Co-Manager for the overall presentation of the shop premises, providing a fun place to work and volunteer. You will be supported by the Operations Manager and other Volunteer Co Manager. Perfectly suited to a semi-retired or retired person who loves working with volunteers, and the public who love to Op Shop. Training Provided.

Current resume and two current referees plus best contact numbers is also required prior to interview.

Prior experience in retail, Op Shops and managing volunteers is preferred. Must be a team player, good communicator and take pride in the way the Shop presents to shoppers with a keen desire to raise funds for the charity.

It is preferred applicants have a passion to help vulnerable disadvantaged youth who have had a parent/s in prison.
