The volunteer tutor provides educational support after school hours to students enrolled at Edgars Creek Primary School. A significant number of these students come from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Whittlesea Community Connections is a Child Safe organisation and all volunteers will be required to undergo a Working with Children Check and for those that have one - to attribute our organisation to their current check. A National Police Check.

Key Responsabilities

Support the learning needs of students in a fun and friendly manner. Assist with weekly homework tasks or assignments. Develop positive relationships with students in the program.
Reporting any concerns around student wellbeing to staff within the program.
