Duties are agreed with volunteer, and may include: • Socialise and chat with our seniors • Assist running Day Centre activities in Dovenby House on Tuesdays • Some light kitchen duties • Bus monitoring – assist clients safely on and off the bus on outings to places of interest such as museums, exhibition, cafes, parks/gardens and on scenic drives. Position may suit volunteers from 18 upwards to retirees who would like to get out and about in a group setting while helping to make a difference in the lives of others.
