Assisting clients with navigating basic information technology including: • Basic phone technology – assistance with setting up, accessing messages, emails & internet functionality • Assisting with basic technology requirements to assist clients remaining independent including - online groceries, paying of bills etc. Tech Connect Mentor Volunteer, you assume a position of trust and responsibility. Therefore, you have a ‘duty of care’ to the client to act responsibly, ensuring their safety and wellbeing to the best of your ability.
