We are seeking the support of volunteers who:

• Hold a current drivers licence (full license with no restrictions or probations)
• Passenger transportation Authorization permit
• Can reliably volunteer on a regular ongoing basis at least once a month
• Have genuine interest in caring for and supporting older persons
• Behave calmly
• Display warmth and a caring attitude and LOTS of patience
• Are willing and able to work cooperatively with and take direction from Mercy staff
• Are willing to adhere to Mercy Health values, policies and processes, including confidentiality and privacy
• Participate in our recruitment process including application, interview, police history and reference checks
