Host with the Most - Administration Assistant
Ronald McDonald House-Providing a warm welcome to families and guests as they arrive at Ronald McDonald House -Answering the House Switchboard – screening, forwarding and announcing calls, taking messages and providing information as required -Monitoring and responding to RMHC Adelaide Administration emails -Responding to queries including collecting the information for new and existing family bookings -Assist with house tours where required -Collect and process mail according to RMHC standards -Complete daily, weekly and monthly administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including: -Participate openly in daily Volunteer handover with Family & Volunteer Coordinator -Check diary daily for House Happenings and reminders -Familiarise yourself with What’s On in Adelaide -Ensure families & visitors are signing in & out correctly -Process and display all RMHC Adelaide weekly information (e.g. Dinner Program) -Processing New Family Welcome Packs & New Volunteer Packs -Assist Contractors with signing in & out – providing correct keys and fobs -Forwarding all Volunteer Expressions of Interest to Family & Volunteer Coordinator -Emailing, scanning, faxing as providing administration support to all staff as required -Process donations while ensuring that all large / corporate donations are photographed for social media and publicity -Processing, laminating and displaying of additional / new communication -Any other duty as directed by Family & Volunteer Coordinator or RMHC Staff
