I have a few lovely older adults living in a residential care home located in Duncraig who would enjoy your company for a friendly chat and cuppa. They don't have any or have very few social visitors and would love a person to befriend to chat about anything and everything, such as reminiscing about their life, chatting about current affairs, perhaps playing board games or crafting.

No formal skills required, just friendly, fun, and chatty! We can arrange for you to befriend a few people or match you with one resident, it's completely your choice. If this is something of interest, I would love to hear from you.

The Community Visitor Scheme is a Federal Government initiative established to promote links between people living in an aged care facility and their local community. The aim of the scheme is to improve residents' quality of life for those who have limited family, cultural and social contact and may be at risk of social isolation.
