What is required?
- Qualification in marketing, advertising or communication.HR qualification is ideal
- Good Project Management experiences in event management or fundraising events.
- Knowldge and experience in HR
- Knowldge and experience in marketing or sponsorship including advertising and branding
- Demonstrating strong knowledge in building positive branding, secure sponsorship sales and marketing strategy
- Able to attend monthly meetings
- Good communication skills
- Passionate to make a difference
- Demonstrated past results and achievement in sponsorship and marketing
- Good with designing posters, and marketing materials
- Good with social media postings
- Excellent creativity to help promote our charity marketing initiatives
- Help with HR and recruitment
- Pitching to sponsors
- Help drafting marketing plan and documents
- Liaise with sponsors on weekly basis
- Meet funding quotations and write grants applications
- Help gain funding through networking
