We are part of Manningham council servicing the Manningham community. We are currently looking for volunteer drivers to fill the much needed Meal on Wheels role for the people in need. Your commitment will be 6-12 months, between 9.00am – 11.00am either Monday, Wednesday, Friday on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis or be part of an emergency pool for this role. You will have an up date Covid vaccination certificate, own reliable fully insured car, current drivers licence and a current National Police check. The role will suit someone with well developed communication skills who is customer focused, flexible and enjoys being part of a team. You will be required to meet at Manningham Food Services Depot for instructions prior to delivery, deliver meals to clients in a timely and safe manner as outlined in the Food Safety Plan, distribute and pick up menus and other information as required, adhere to all council’s policies and procedures as relevant to this position and monitor clients wellbeing and report any concerns to Coordinator.
