Donations of clothing, bedding, toys and equipment such as cots, prams and car seats are sorted, checked and cleaned as necessary. These are then assembled into care packs as requested by family support caseworkers.

Volunteers work in all areas of the program depending on skills and interests – clothing, linen, equipment, toys, craft, books and special programs such as Back to School. No special skills required.

Most volunteers work regularly 1 or 2 days/week 9am-2pm, but timing can be flexible. There is also a monthly Sunday morning working bee program.
