RSNH is currently seeking a keen and proactive person to help with our Community Pantry. Located at the front of RSNH, the pantry is open 3 days a week for community members to donate and/or access free staples and dry goods. Some fresh food is available too.

This program runs in collaboration with SecondBite and Food Bank Victoria. Both of these organisations work towards reducing food waste and redirecting food to respond to the needs of people facing food insecurity.

We currently need someone to help on Tuesdays between 11am and 3pm, during the school term.

The Pantry Assistant will help with stocking of the Pantry and helping community members while the Pantry is open. The role will require an ability to work without continuous and close supervision, but also within a team environment. There must be a willingness to engage and interact with a broad range of people in a respectful manner.
