The program

Multicultural Awareness Training in the workplace aims to clarify misinformation and challenge misunderstandings surrounding diversity in workplace, through a presentation and engaging group activities in order to encourage inclusion and cultivate more welcoming workplaces. All information is presented within a humanitarian framework from a neutral and impartial perspective

The opportunity

This role suits someone over the age of 18 who can present information in an engaging manner for a group in order to increase community cohesion, encourage inclusion and cultivate a more welcoming Australia. You will use or develop your skills in public speaking, presenting and facilitating group conversations.

The impact

As part of the program, you will contribute to creating awareness, promoting social cohesion, diversity and inclusion as well as cultivating a more welcoming Australian community.  Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support, and access to other opportunities within the organisation’s network.
