To assist clients in issuing vouchers to pay their gas or electricity bill. To issue form if necessary to have deductions from their Centrelink benefits to reduce high bills. Minimum of 4 hours per week and basic computer skills needed. Benefits: To assist people in times of crisis, in their lives. Training: Training and supervision will be overseen by Service Manager. Notes: Must have good command of both written and oral English. Have an eye for detail. Ability to communicate by telephone, to service providers of gas and electricity.
