Our member organisation is seeking a volunteer to lead an enthusiastic group of volunteers responsible for the publicity, marketing and production of our season of shows. They are a not-for-profit community theatre producing high quality local theatre.

This person would be responsible for liaising with each director to develop timelines, manage the publicity budget and assist with creating content used in promotion of the show. A group of Rondo Theatre Volunteers would be responsible for making contact with local papers to organise editorials and reviews, organising radio interviews, promotion via Facebook and Instagram, designing and ordering print materials, putting up posters and roadside coreflutes, and designing, editing and printing the show program. The leader of this team would ideally have experience in marketing and promotion, strong interpersonal skills, and willing to coordinate this group of volunteers.

This Theatre produces five shows per year in the Main Season of Plays and one to five plays in the fringe season. Shows in the main season run for 8 nights, and plays in the fringe season run for 3-4 nights.
