The Reception and Information Desk Volunteer provides an initial point of contact and referral for any member of the public entering the court building as well as providing a general information function for all court attendees.

The R&ID Volunteer provides information to the public and in particular aims to assist Police witnesses and victims.

The role requires good customer service skills, fluent English and a professional manner. Fluency in a second language is desirable, in particular Arabic, Vietnamese/Chinese or Hindu.

The successful applicant will have the capacity to become a member of the team and attend the Local Courts either Monday, Tuesday or Friday 8.30 to 10.30am
