Create your own perfect volunteer role!! Spend 2 hours per week doing something you love.

This is a unique opportunity for you to bring something you love to one of our centres to share with others. It could be your specific brand of arts and crafts, card games, trivia, music . . . . We’d love to hear all about you and what you enjoy.

We’re looking for people who would love to share their passions, hobbies or interests with others each week, and, at the same time, help support our clients to remain engaged and connected in the community!

Who are we?

Central Bayside Community Health Services (CBCHS) is a not-for-profit organisation providing a wide range of services to support healthy living, general wellbeing and social connection in our community.

The 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 at CBCHS offer a diverse range of over 25 activities per week, providing the opportunity for people to connect with others in a supportive environment. The groups are great way to make friends, enjoy new experiences and most importantly have fun! This low-cost service is also a great way for carers to get some well-earned respite from their caring duties.

The Social Support Group Volunteer Role . . .

Groups run Monday to Friday. You can choose the activities you would like to be involved in and give as much or as little time as you like.

What you need to know
