Visit a clients home (which has been pre-arranged by Vision Australia staff) and assist with them with a device that is usually easy to use, although the client would like refresher ;-) . This may be to remind them of a few features in the iPad, a kitchen gadget, or to use a low tech, low vision specific phone. The visit may take from 10 minutes to an hour. As well as serving a need, the client loves to have a visitor and a chat. Sometimes we need your assistance twice a week, other times maybe only once month. We will share this role with more than one volunteer.
