Roles available

Project Manager

The 30 Under 30 Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Out for Australia’s 30 Under 30 Awards. You will be responsible for supporting a team to ensure we receive a pool of nominees who reflect the diversity of Australia’s inspiring LGBTQIA+ young leaders, and run an Awards campaign which justly recognises their contributions to our community.

Marketing Campaign Manager

The 30 Under 30 Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of a successful Out for Australia 30 Under 30 Awards strategic communications campaign. You will be responsible for coordinating a dedicated 30u30 Communications team and broader stakeholders.

Communications Team Member

The 30 Under 30 Communications Team Member is responsible for supporting the execution of a successful Out for Australia 30 Under 30 Awards strategic communications campaign, utilising their skills in one of the following areas:

• Public Relations Coordinator
• Copywriter/Content Creator
• Digital Marketing Coordinator
• Social Media Coordinator
• Videographer

Nominations Coordinator

The 30 Under 30 Nominations Coordinator is a member of the 30u30 organising team, assisting in general event preparation tasks as required. Primarily they are responsible for overseeing the nominations process, and managing the 30 Under 30 inbox.

Judges Coordinator

The 30 Under 30 Judges Coordinator is a member of the 30u30 organising team, assisting in general event preparation tasks as required. Primarily they are responsible for running the judging process, and supporting our Judges in their role to choose our winners.

Production Assistant

The 30 Under 30 Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Out for Australia’s 30 Under 30 Awards. You will be responsible for supporting a team to ensure we receive a pool of nominees who reflect the diversity of Australia’s inspiring LGBTQIA+ young leaders, and run an Awards campaign which justly recognises their contributions to our community.
