• Support patients in attending appointments by applicable travel options (taxi) and escorting the patient to the destination • Assist the patient with checking in for their appointment and other information • Working cooperatively with hospital and Allied Health staff to ensure the non-clinical and support needs of patients are met • Assist the patient with wheelchair escorts including the use of bariatric equipment • Liaise with hospital staff to ensure the patient welfare is priority (providing drinks of water etc)
