The role (a day in the life):

Our location at Southern Cross Station is a gateway to the domestic, interstate and international traveller so we are able to provide information and other services in addition to our transfer services. We are currently looking for Connection Assistants to assist the staff with daily duties.

Daily duties will include:

• Answer the phone
• Take bookings
• Provide information
• Drive the buggy on the platforms (must have a Victorian Drivers Licence/optional)
• Assist service users as required

About you:

• Flexible and adaptable
• Enthusiastic
• Able to work independently/unsupervised
• Can do attitude
• Strong verbal communication
