The Wanneroo Joondalup Regional Broadcasting Association Inc, herewith referred as WJRBA Board is made of seven (7) positions:

• Chairperson
• Vice Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer 3 General Board Members The Station is overseen by the Wanneroo Joondalup Regional Broadcasting Association Incorporated and is therefore governed by its constitution. Board meet once a month to discuss matters of the station, which may include Strategic Direction, Leadership, Governance, Finance & Economics, Marketing & Branding, Compliance and legal. The secretary must also be capable of extracting and communicating key information from lengthy conversations The accurate recording and distribution of the minutes of Board of Directors meetings. The minutes should reflect that the format and level of detail that the Board has determined The creation and timely distribution of agenda for Board meetings) and Association membership meetings (e.g. annual general meeting).

The successful applicant in return will receive ongoing training relevant to the position. Gain experience on a Board of Directors.
