The roles includes supporting staff in tasks such as: answering ICU reception doors to visitors, providing information to visitors, keeping trolleys supplied; photocopying, binding and lamination; preparation of composite packs; answering door to arrivals; escorting visitors to patients; and delivering surveys to patients after ICU discharge.
