The roles includes, supporting staff in tasks such as: answering ICU reception doors to visitors, providing information to visitors, keeping trolleys supplied, photocopying, binding and lamination, preparation of composite packs, answering door to arrivals, escorting visitors to patients and delivering surveys to patients after ICU discharge.
