- Answering phones and taking and delivering messages
- Take class bookings, payments, filing, emails, attendance lists
- Set up of classrooms
- Greeting community members
- Keeping the foyer tidy and other reception related work. The Volunteer applicant requires:
- Great people and communication skills
- To be well presented (smart casual)
- Have basic computer knowledge, advance computer skills a bonus
- the ability to work in a busy environment
- the ability to juggle several tasks
- previous reception experience preferred, but not essential
