Volunteers are required to staff the call centre Mondays to Fridays for 3-4 hours per day (except Public Holidays). Various shifts are available. Tasks include fielding calls and writing to applicants who seek free consultation regarding their migration or citizenship query.

You will require a friendly phone manner and be able to communicate with people from all walks of life. An empathetic ear and willingness to help people is essential.
