Helping Hand Ingle Farm is seeking a volunteer to help our gardening group flourish and grow. We would love someone to assist residents in growing a sensory garden in our raised garden beds, helping them to get the most from our outdoor spaces and to feel the satisfaction of seeing their efforts bloom.

Ideally suited for someone who is enthusiastic and interested in working with older people, you will be supporting the team in providing social opportunities for our residents, and creating an enjoyable garden at the same time. All our homes are committed to COVID-19 safety protocols.

Requirement: Empathy, understanding and awareness of the needs of people with disabilities, dementia and/or ageing issues or willingness to learn.

Please note the following requirements for working and volunteering in the Aged Care Sector: Current Influenza vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination both doses + booster, Current National Police Clearance.
