● Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance or corporate services would be an advantage ● Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a challenging and time-pressured environment ● A hands-on approach to dealing with issues and excellent customer service skills ● Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and ‘common sense’ ● Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as effectively as part of a team ∙ ● A keen attention to detail and a passion for finding solutions to challenging problems. ● Computer literacy is essential for the desk-based component ● Full Victorian drivers Licence is desirable
