Do you like a busy environment, where social interaction is paramount? Calvary Flora McDonald is seeking people, who have an interest in making a difference in the lives of those living in residential care, to volunteer in our Asian Section of the Facility. Calvary Flora McDonald is seeking the support of volunteer to visit the Austral Asian residents (Cantonese, Vietnamese & Mandarin speaking residents). This aims to support our Asian residents with their emotional and spiritual needs through one on one conversation visits on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays and/or for Buddhist chanting activity once a week.

The ministry is greatly appreciated by our Austral Asian residents who finds enjoyment in conversing with people of the same language and with those who understand their culture.
