The Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) is an Australian Federal Government initiative that aims to help establish and strengthen links between older people and their local community and enrich their quality of life.

The CVS matches volunteers to visit with socially or culturally isolated residents living in the community or in residential care facilities. Volunteers are matched based on common interests, culture or complementary personalities. All volunteers receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training and support.

The perfect role for anyone seeking to give back to the community and make a rewarding difference in the life of some of our most vulnerable community members.
