The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this opportunity on behalf of Ashburton Community Centre.

The Ashburton Community Centre is involved in the following events:

• Ashburton Community Festival (last Sunday in February, annually)
• Ashburton A-Fair (quarterly, first Saturday of school holidays)
• Ashburton Bookfest (Saturday July 9th, 2022)
• International Women’s Day Event (March 2022)
• Other events on a case-by-case basis

A Devonshire Tea Support Volunteer would help with the following activities:

• making tea and coffee
• plating up and serving scones and jam and cream
• clearing tables
• packing and emptying dishwasher
• engaging with members of the community
