This role can be emotionally taxing and requires someone to make decisions with their head and not their heart. Unfortunately we cannot take every cat or kitten and it will be your decision as to which ones we take and which ones we turn away. It requires a fine balance between logic and compassion and would suit someone who can make tough decisions and move on. You will of course have a support network to lean upon, including the rest of the cat team, the board and the wider volunteer group.
In addition you will:

- Possess excellent customer service
- Have a strong sense of empathy towards difficult situations without being judgemental
