This volunteer opportunity will see you assist our team with; Tasks: • Assist with safe transport support to enable frail aged people to access community services, like medical appointments etc. • Assist with groceries shopping or do shopping for senior member of your community if they are unable to leave their home. • Companionship visit to an elderly person’s home; • Assistance with social outings, like pick up from home and drop off home when the outing is over. • Develop a positive and respectful relationships with the consumers and their family / carers, treat them courteously and appropriately.
