The Family Learning Club is for family members and their children at Thomastown Meadows Primary School; providing families with the tools and support to assist their children with their literacy skills.

The program support worker provides educational support after school hours to students and their families that participate in the “Family Learning Club” program. These families and their children come from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, most of which speak English as an additional language.

Key Responsibilities :-  Support the learning needs of students in the program.  Assist the facilitator with tasks throughout each session.  Develop positive relationships with students and their families in the program.
 Reporting any concerns around student wellbeing to staff within the program.
