• Greeting and registering guests: 5pm - 7:30pm
• Food preparation: 3pm - 7pm
• Food service 5:30pm - 8pm
• Raffle ticket sales: 6pm - 9pm
• Running the silent auction: - all evening
• End of night bump out: - 9pm to end

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Working with others to prepare and serve food, greeting and making guests feel welcome.

If you also have admin skills we would value your help with guest registration and ticket checking.

For those with retail experience, we welcome your help on our product stall, silent auction and with raffle ticket sales.

Strong active people are needed to set up tables and help at the end of the evening.

WHO WE ARE This event is organised by Palestine Fair Trade Australia to support the work of Friends of Hebron, Sydney.

Friends of Hebron works for kids in the Hebron region of Palestine by helping fund educational opportunities. They help provide access to quality education for the most marginalised students in vulnerable communities.

They have paid the wages of preschool teachers, contributed to the costs of building and renovating schools & playgrounds and provided safe transport to school and university for students in remote villages. All this helps Palestinian families to stay on their traditional lands and survive military occupation with dignity.

Since 2014, their main fundraising event, Trivia with a Cause, has wowed audiences with mind bending questions, mouth watering food. We would love to have your help with our 2022 Trivia With A Cause.

Benefits: You will enjoy making this event a success. You will go home tired but inspired, knowing you are helping children survive in very difficult circumstances. Using your skills and working with our team is not just helping a good cause, it is fun which is why our Trivia Nights have been successful since 2014.
