Volunteer with your musical instrument, Wahroonga dementia aged care home
HammondCare AustraliaShare your passion for music as you play your favourite instrument whether it be the piano, harp, guitar or your voice, for elderly residents at HammondCare Wahroonga, a residential aged care home for people living with dementia. We encourage a range of musical styles, from classical to popular hits from the 1930's onwards.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the residents you visit.
HammondCare
HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of the residents cared for by HammondCare.
