Come together with about five residents in the HammondCare aged care home in Wahroonga to knit. These residents who are living with dementia, have knitted in the past and just need some gentle reminders about how the magic happens. You could be the person to bring them together to enjoy each other’s company and resurrect a relaxing hobby.
