The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Alamein Learning & Neighbourhood Centre.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Put bread into bags
• Set up table to distribute bread bags
• Assist with the distribution
• Promote Alamein activities to participants
• Pack up and clean distribution area
• Follow work, health & safety procedures

Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of spoken English
• Ability to understand all Work, Health & Safety practices related to the role
• Comfortable to chat with people
• Punctual
• Ability to work quickly
• Ability to work in a team
• Have a good understanding of what Alamein does
• Understanding of spoken Mandarin (not essential, but helpful)
